Requesting a Payoff Demand Statement
Submit requests for a payoff demand statements to BFC via fax or email:
All requests must include a signed borrower authorization. Any request received without proper authorization will not be processed.
For expedited service, BFC encourages you to request delivery via fax or email. Please be sure to include a delivery fax number or email address in your request. You may request delivery of courtesy copies by including additional fax numbers or email addresses in your request.
All requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Expedited service is not available for requests to be delivered via US Mail.
Updating / Verifying a Demand Statement
BFC now offers online updating of previously issued demand statements. All demands should be updated 24 hours before payoff to confirm the amount required for payoff. To update your demand online, go to:
