Company History
Budget Finance Company was founded in 1993 as an affiliate of a Los Angeles based mortgage lender. During our first 5 years, we provided residential and commercial mortgages primarily in Southern California.
In 1998, we broadened our range of services by expanding into additional niche mortgage products and increasing our geographic area to include all of California, Oregon and Washington. Our proven record of growth and service has resulted in our reputation for being the lender to turn to with unusual "out of the box" mortgage needs.
As a niche portfolio lender serving the non-standard mortgage market, we are primarily a service company. The strength of any service company is its people. It is the character, ability, and desire to serve, reflected by our personnel, that is our stock in trade.
