Conservatorship & Guardianship
The credit facility is granted to the conservator/guardian which has been issued letters by the court, for both the person and estate of the conservatee/guardian. In most cases the estate is illiquid. These facilities assist the fiduciary in the performance of their duties—by caring for those in their charge as well as preserving the asset(s).
